Where to paste it

WordPress: Add a Custom HTML block (or switch a paragraph to Edit as HTML) and paste the whole snippet. Works on wordpress.com Business plans and every self-hosted site; the resize script is allowed in Custom HTML.
Substack: Substack strips iframes from posts. Paste the link line instead, or add a Button block pointing at the quiz URL — the link unfurls into a BrainPickle preview card with the topic and question count, and readers play in one tap.
Notion: Type /embed, paste the iframe URL only (the part inside src="…"), and drag the handle to around 560px tall. Notion does not run the resize script, so pick a height that fits a question.
Google Sites: Insert → Embed → Embed code, paste the whole snippet. The resize script runs inside the Sites sandbox, so the quiz grows to fit.
Ghost: Add an HTML card and paste the whole snippet. In newsletter emails Ghost drops iframes, so the credit line (or the link line) is what subscribers see; on the web post the quiz plays inline.
Anything else: Squarespace Code block, Webflow Embed, Wix HTML iFrame, Medium (link only), a plain HTML page: paste the snippet wherever HTML is allowed, the link line where it isn't.

Options: add ?theme=light or ?theme=dark to the iframe URL to match your page, and ?round=2 for the next ten questions of a long quiz. The embed is a single round of ten, auto-advances, sets no cookies, and shows no ads.
