A question looks wrong
Tap Report on the question itself, or email the question text and the source you checked. Reported questions are pulled from play while we look.
Sign-in or account trouble
Tell us the email you used and what you saw. We never ask for your password.
Slack trivia
Invite @BrainPickle to your channel, then run /trivia setup to check the channel, time and timezone. If something still fails, email the workspace name, command and error. Never send a bot token. Workspace members with permission can remove the app in Slack’s app management; email us for individual data requests.
Chrome new-tab trivia
If a question cannot load, check your connection and choose Try again. Settings lets you change categories or reset local progress. Chrome extension scores stay in that browser and do not sync to your website or mobile account. To restore your previous New Tab page, turn off or remove BrainPickle in Chrome’s Extensions menu.

Delete my data
Use Account → Delete in the app, or email from the address on your account to request deletion. Account data is removed within 30 days, subject to the legal and security exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.
