This Megamind trivia quiz has 58 free questions with answers about the 2010 DreamWorks film that flopped its way into cult status and eventually earned a sequel. The easy questions cover what any fan remembers: who voices the blue supervillain, his goldfish best friend and his reporter love interest, what happens to Metro Man in the observatory, and how a hapless cameraman ends up calling himself Tighten. The middle of the quiz digs into how the film was made and what it is parodying: the working titles it went through, the two actors who nearly voiced the lead, the metal that supposedly weakens Metro Man, the Superman references baked into the character designs, the rock star whose showmanship Megamind's costume evokes, and the filmmaker who suggested the opening scene and talked the studio into cutting seven minutes. There are questions on the box office, the tie-in games and the Button of Doom short too. The last stretch covers the 2024 revival on Peacock: Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate and the series Megamind Rules!, with their new voice cast, the villains Lady Doppler, Pierre Pressure, Behemoth and Lord Nighty-Knight, and the reason Minion had to change his name. Every answer was checked against the films' Wikipedia articles, and each question shows its citation once you have answered.
