50 free Odd One Out trivia questions with answers — trivia quiz, new questions added Oct 2026.
An odd one out round is the fastest way to find out what a quiz team really knows. Each question hands you four options and tells you what three of them have in common. Your job is to spot the impostor, the one that looks as if it belongs but comes from somewhere else entirely. This quiz mixes the classic categories of a general knowledge quiz: science and nature, history, geography, books and plays, film and television, music, food and sport. Some impostors give themselves away quickly. Others hide behind a famous misconception, a similar name or a detail most people half remember from school. Every answer comes with a short explanation of why the odd one out does not fit, so the round works as well for a pub quiz, a classroom starter or a family games evening as it does for solo play.
