Old School RuneScape should not exist. It began in 2013 as a copy of a game from six years earlier, restored from an old backup because players asked for it, and more than a decade later it was still setting player records. Its community votes on almost every change, which makes its history as argued over as its boss fights. This quiz covers the whole game: the towns and regions every account passes through, the skills and quests that shape a character, the monsters and raids waiting at the end, and the weapons players spend months chasing. It also steps outside the game, to the votes, releases and prizes that shaped its story. The questions run from easy openers any returning player will get to deep cuts for people with a few maxed skills.
