50 free Patrick Mahomes trivia questions with answers — sports quiz, new questions added Aug 2026.
Patrick Mahomes was drafted by a franchise that had not taken a first-round quarterback since 1983, sat for a year behind Alex Smith, and then threw 50 touchdowns in his first season as a starter. Since then he has taken the Kansas City Chiefs to five Super Bowls, won three of them, and collected three Super Bowl MVP awards along the way. This quiz covers the whole story: the MLB-pitcher father and the Detroit Tigers draft pick, the record-shattering afternoon against Oklahoma at Texas Tech, the trade up to No. 10 in 2017, the MVP season of 2018, the comeback in Super Bowl LIV, the half-billion-dollar contract, the overtime win in Las Vegas, the injuries, and the businesses, endorsements and family life away from the field. The questions run from ones any Chiefs fan will get to numbers only stat-heads remember. Every answer was checked against Wikipedia's Patrick Mahomes article as of August 2026, and each question carries a source you can inspect.
