50 free Teletubbies trivia questions with answers — entertainment quiz, new questions added Aug 2026.
Teletubbies arrived on BBC2 in March 1997 and within months had two million viewers, a cult following among university students, a Christmas toy shortage and a number-one single that Simon Cowell paid half a million pounds to secure. It went on to air in over 120 countries, earn more than £1 billion in merchandise and, somehow, draw a warning from Jerry Falwell about a purple toddler's handbag. These 50 questions cover the four Teletubbies and their colours, antennae and favourite toys, the Tubbytronic Superdome, Noo-Noo, the Voice Trumpets, the Sun Baby and the Flemish Giant rabbits, plus the creators Anne Wood and Andrew Davenport, the Warwickshire farm that was later flooded into a pond, the banned lion-and-bear sketch, the 2015 reboot, the Netflix redub and the franchise's cameos everywhere from Britain's Got Talent to 28 Years Later. Easy questions stick to the characters every parent knows; the hard tier asks who drew the original characters and which show lost its time slot. Every answer is cited to a page we checked, with a short explanation that adds one more detail.
